Our spacious and comfortable apartments offer the ideal basis for living and studying. In our residential complex you will find single apartments with a size of approx. 19 m² as well as a 2-person shared apartment with a size of 36m².

In the complex there are common rooms with a football table and a beverage vending machine.

Due to the central location you are very close to the TH Deggendorf and the train station. You can also reach the city center and the facilities on the Danube in a few minutes on foot.
