a) At finalisation of the tenant agreement, before moving into the student accommodation, I have to pay an interest-free deposit of € 600,- which will be repaid after moving out under consideration of all obligations of the tenant agreement.

In addition, you can make use of your right of withdrawal at any time without stating reasons and modify or revoke the given declaration of consent with effect for the future. You can submit the cancellation either by post, by e-mail or by fax to the contract partner. You will incur no other costs than the postage costs or the transmission costs according to the existing base rates.
